QUICK FLASH REVIEW #1: FLU

QUICK FLASH REVIEW #1

FLU - KIM SUNG SU

When people in a South Korean suburb start dropping like flies from a deadly airborne respiratory disease, the area is quarantined and chaos reigns.

QUICK FLASH RATING:

Quick Flash Reviews are a new thing I've cooked up for those movies that need more words than currently exist to talk about. So, to save your time and mine, I'll shorten my feelings down nice and brief!

This movie was absolutely amazing!! I don't usually go for 2 hour movies but this one drew me in from the very beginning and I was its bitch the whole way through. Smiling and yelling at my TV and all. If you've seen Midnight FM and you loved Soo-Ae like me, you'll love her in this too. Same for Jang Hyuk in Fated to Love You (he's a much different guy this time around).

I felt every emotion under the sun with this one—happiness, anger, jealousy, empathy, hopefulness, you name it! It was just a big emotional rollercoaster; which is EXACTLY what I look for in a movie.

This one's got action, suspense, comedy, little flares of romance, disaster, really, it's got it all. Guts and gore included, so beware.

PLEASE, PLEASE WATCH IT! You'll feel so fulfilled when it's done and when you look at the clock and see it's almost ten, you won't feel like you wasted your time watching a movie because this movie is INFORMATIVE and ENTERTAINING. Thank you Kim Sung Su. Thank you.
